On the evening of April 15, 2023, the University of Salahaddin-Erbil proudly joined the final Google Hash Code Farewell Round, one of the world’s most prestigious team-based programming competitions. This special edition marked the end of nearly a decade of Hash Code events, bringing together programmers, students, and professionals from across the globe to solve challenging real-world engineering problems.
As part of our participation, Salahaddin University-Erbil was honored to be the guest of the University of Kurdistan-Hawler (UKH), which hosted a local hub for the competition. The event brought together bright minds from universities, tech communities, and coding enthusiasts across Iraq, united by a shared passion for problem-solving and innovation.
