Slides for teaching the book in a classroom, one deck per chapter. Decks are added in order, starting with the course introduction.
Open a deck to present it. Use the arrow keys or the space bar to move between slides, and press F for full screen. Every deck also prints one slide per page, for handouts or a PDF.
