Job Duties

The main duties that I had with this job was as follows:

• Maintaining and developing parts of a portal to manage Software Engineering Department activities.
• Network infrastructure maintenance as technician.
• IT Support for staff and students.
• Helping lecturers with some practical lab subjects.

Acquired Experiences

• better understanding of how to support clients.
• Learning how to manage network infrastructure.
• Practical hand on requirement collection.
• Analysis of Requirements and converting them into codes in the system.
• First time taking some duties of teaching students.

Why I Left

I did not really left instead my role has changed as I became an MSc student so according to the University’s regulation I could’t work in the Software Engineering Department as Engineer.
